Lenovo may soon introduce a new smartphone for gaming. Its screen will be quite big and the battery will also be strong. This has been revealed in a Weibo post. Chen Jin, general manager of Lenovo's smartphone business in China, revealed in a Weibo post that the upcoming gaming flagship phone Legion 3 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 898 chipset (SM8450).


 Lenovo Legion 3 Pro will remain cool
According to a report by GSM Area, the new phone will likely have active cooling - the Legion 2 Pro (aka Dual 2) had two fans - which should run the new Snapdragon chip at top speed. The chipset will come with significantly upgraded performance. Jin also claimed that the flagship phone will have industry-leading fine-tune performance.


 May be launched in India soon
Meanwhile, the company is expected to launch a flagship-grade gaming smartphone called Lenovo Legion 2 Pro in India. The handset has already been launched in the global market.


 Specifications of Lenovo Legion 3 Pro


 The smartphone flaunts a 6.92-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and supports HDR 10+ as well. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 888 5G chipset paired with 12-18GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB of onboard storage variants.

 In terms of optics, the device sports a dual-camera rear that houses a 64MP primary camera sensor and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens with an LED flash. The phone also has a 44MP camera sensor for selfie. Lenovo Legion 2 Pro also comes with a massive 5,500mAh battery that comes with 65W fast charging support.

Unlike the typical monthly updates, today’s optional update is part of the tech giant’s plan to refresh Windows 11 with new features outside the main feature update. Windows 11 KB5010414 is an optional update, so it won’t download or install unless you explicitly click on the “Get updates” button.
